• Most of our content and services are free of charge.

• Certain services such as premium subscriptions, sponsored articles, advertisements, or promotions may involve payment.

• Payments made for such services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific plan or agreement.

2. Subscriptions

• Subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.

• Users may choose to cancel their subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining period.

• In case of technical errors (such as duplicate charges), users may contact us for resolution.

3. Advertisements & Sponsored Content

• Payments made for advertisements, sponsored content, or promotions are final and non-refundable once the campaign is live.

• If a campaign cannot be published due to an error from our side, we may either reschedule the campaign or issue a partial/full refund after review.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.

• Payment processed but services not delivered due to our fault.

• Any other valid reason approved by Monday India’s management.

Refund requests must be made within 7 working days of the payment date.

5. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be sent via email to contact@mondayindia.com with valid proof of payment.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel a subscription or advertising request before the service is activated/confirmed.

• Once the service is active, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
